How do I open my sample pack?
After generating samples, you can download a zip file of your new sample pack that you can unzip and open like a normal folder with samples.
What software can I use with my sample pack?
All of our samples are wav files compatible with all DAWs like FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, Reaper, Cubase, Reason, and video editors like Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and many others.
How many loops can I generate at a time?
As of now, 20 loops are allowed per custom sample pack. As we scale up, we will allow more loops per custom sample pack or get rid of this limitation entirely.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use Stripe and PayPal as our payment providers. They provide safe and secure online payments so your private information is always kept encrypted and hidden.
I've lost my files!

How many samples can I generate at a time?
You can generate a maximum of 300 samples at a time.
Are generation times different for each instrument?
Yes, the sample generation time can vary depending on the instrument type. For example, synth bass samples take longer to generate than snares.
Are AI models currently used for sample generation?
As of now, our sample generation process does not utilize AI models. However, we have plans to incorporate AI features in the future.
How are the generated samples delivered?
The generated samples are organized into sample packs and packaged as zip files.
Are the generated samples royalty-free?
Yes, each generated sample is royalty-free, giving you the freedom to use them in your commercial projects without any additional licensing requirements.
Will the generated samples be unique?
Each generated sample is likely to be unique, but similarities between samples can occur, similar to AI-based implementations.
Can I cancel my subscription and switch back to the free tier?
Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time and return to the free tier. Even after cancelation, you will retain access to all of your available samples.
